Pre Galvanized pipes are generally manufactured through a coil that has undergone the galvanization process. Further galvanization is not required after pipes have been formed from the coils. In case of galvanized steel pipes, black steel pipes are manufactured by forming coils to required pipe sizes and then are passed through the galvanizing process.
